Invention relates down the agriculture, namely to the cultivation of plants without the earth before the special attachments with the effect on root system by nourishing solution and/or by its aerosol. Furthermore, invention can be used before decorative horticulture and plant growing or for planting of greenery in the populated areas. The optimization of the cultivation of the plants of any value with the large weight of root system is the task of the proposed invention, and also for expanding the sphere of application and improvement of the processes of cultivation is proposed new installation. Technical result is reached as far as the fact that before the device for the cultivation of plants and planting of greenery in the cities in the form of the stand pipe of any section for the cultivation of plants beyond the surface without the substratum and containing beds for positioning of plants, system and adaptation for supplying of the nourishing solution and other components of increase in the form aerosols, gas mixture, the capacity for the cultivation of plants is set down the supporting structure, which is been the collector of nourishing solution, that guides him before the system of draining, and pipe itself contains grid - lattice inside supporting for the roots; moreover the part of the mains for supplying of nourishing solution and gas-air mixtures is located inside the pipe with the orientation of sprayers and nozzles before the [kultivatsionnom] volume relative to the walls of pipe for creating the constant motion of air masses with the droplets aerosols. For the optimization of the conditions for an increase in the roots before the device the basic [kultivatsionnyy] volume is made from heatproof material and/or has thermal insulation layers inside and/or outside; moreover the outer side of the [kultivatsionnykh] pipes is executed by sun-protecting coating.
