PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide : a composition for a rare earth injection-molded bonded magnet, which contains rare earth transition metal alloy powder as a filler and has superior moldability; a method of manufacturing the same; and an obtained injection-molded body.SOLUTION : The composition for injection molding containing rare earth transition metal alloy powder (A) containing a rare earth element and transition metal, a PPS resin (B), and a heavy metal deactivator (C), is characterized in that crystallization temperature Tc2β of the PPS resin (B) in the composition for injection molding is 170 to 220°C and crystallization temperature Tc2γ of the PPS resin (B) in the molding after the composition for injection molding is injection-molded at a nozzle temperature of 230 to 310°C is 170 to 220°C. The method of manufacturing the composition includes : mixing the PPS resin (B) with the rare earth transition metal alloy powder (A); heating the mixture at a temperature of 280 to 360°C first and keeping on kneading it so that kneading torque gradually decreases; adding the heavy metal deactivator (C) to the kneaded body in a state where the crystallization temperature Tc2α of the PPS resin (B) reaches 170 to 220°C; and then heating the kneaded body at 230 to 360°C and further kneading it to keep the crystallization temperature Tc2β of the PPS resin (B) in 170 to 220°C.COPYRIGHT : (C)2009, JPO&INPIT
