A vibration audio driver includes a counterweight body made of magnetic material, a vibration part, a vibration cover, an elastic cushion and a locked end cover. Therein the sound signal passes through an AV power amplifier, alternating field is produced in coils, and the rare earth super magneto-striction material in coils produces expansion deformation under the action of magnetic field, and so the sound signal is converted into a vibration signal. In addition, with the pressure of counterweight body on the top, making use of attaching to the hard plane, the vibration signal is reduced to the sound signal to drive the hard plane sounding.
