PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dielectric porcelain composition containing no lead (Pb), having an excellent capacitance temperature characteristic and dielectric constant and also having reduced dielectric loss in a wide frequency region. SOLUTION : The dielectric porcelain composition contains 28-55 wt.% SrTiO3, 3-30 wt.% BaTiO3, 3-18 wt.% CaTiO3, 11-20 wt.% Bi2O3 and 5-16 wt.% TiO2 as a main component and contains >0 wt.% and ≤0.35 wt.% MnO and/or CrO3/2, >0 wt.% and ≤0.35 wt.% one or more selected from FeO3/2, CoO4/3, NiO, CuO and ZnO, and >O wt.% and ≤0.4 wt.% one or more selected from oxides of rare earth elements expressed in terms of RO3/2 (where, R is one or more selected from La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu and Y), CeO2, PrO11/6 and TbO7/4 as accessary components per 100 wt.% main component.
