PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To reproduce a compound body constituted of a rare-earth magnet powder body and a thermopolymerized resin from the point of view of energy saving, and to reduce the disposal of the composite body to as low as possible. SOLUTION : This is a process for manufacturing a resin magnet compound constituted of a process 1 for wet mixing a magnet powders such as a neodymium/iron/boron quenched alloy with the organic solvent solution of a thermopolymerized resin, and a process 2 for classifying it into dissolvent/ grinding/proper grain size ranges. In this process, an ejected fine powders beyond the proper grain size range is re-processed in the process 1 and the process 2, so that the resin magnet compound in the proper grain size range can be obtained again. Also, a green body obtained by forcedly compressing the resin magnet compound into an arbitrary magnet shape is re-processed in the process 2 so as to be turned into the fine powders, and processed in the process 1 and the process 2 so that the resin magnet compound in the proper grain size range can be obtained again.
