PURPOSE : A method for producing a solidifying agent by using dust is provided to allow reutilization of dust, to perform solidification of sewage sludge, to obtain recycled covering soil substituting for earth and sand, and to prevent secondary environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION : A method for producing a solidifying agent by using dust comprises : a step(S1) of mixing acidic incineration dust with alkaline papermaking dust; a step (S2) of mixing sulfuric acid having a concentration of 60-98%% with ferrous sulfate heptahydrate; a step(S3) of mixing the mixture of step (S1) with the mixture of step (S2); a step(S4) of cooling the mixture of step (S3) to remove the heat from the mixture; a step(S5) of crushing the mixture of step (S4) into powder; and a step(S6) of mixing the acidic powder obtained from step (S5) with quicklime. © KIPO 2008
