The invention relates to the use of chelate complexes of rare earths in conjunction with ketones safety device marking of securities for color conversion with the aim of and other documents. It is given an assignment which, corresponding to propose and disclose the possibility of safety device marking chelate complex. The problem is solved by embedding Eu 3+ , Tb 3+ , Dy 3+ , Gd 3+ / (Chelating Ligand) 3 / Ketone in a plastic matrix and their application to a security or a film.
