PURPOSE : An environment-friendly interior construction material and a manufacturing method of an environment-friendly interior construction material are provided to keep the indoor environment of a building pleasant by reducing toxic substances such as VOCs(Volatile organic compounds), formaldehyde, etc. generated inside a building, emitting far infrared rays and heightening energy efficiency.
CONSTITUTION : An environment-friendly interior construction material is formed by coating a coloring layer, a coating layer and a nano coating layer on a wood board in order. The coloring layer is made with an environment-friendly material selected from a shell, elvan, phyllite, red ocher, yellow soil, white clay, green tea leaves, coffee powder, spinach powder, paprika oil, mugwort powder, graphite, charcoal, and the compound on a wood board, and colored on the surface of the wood board to keep the grain of wood as it is. The coating layer is formed on the coloring layer, and made with an environment-friendly material, selected from rare earth anion materials, elvan, zeolite, phytoncide, Titanium Dioxide, hinokitiol, sulfisomidine, Polyphenol, terpene, and the compound to emit anions and far infrared rays and to use the quality of the wood as it is. The nano coating layer is made with a material selected from silver nano and fragrance capsule, and the compound to have excellent deodorant and antibacterial effects and to increase purchasing power. A manufacturing method of an environment-friendly interior construction material comprises the steps of : rubbing the surface of a wood board with sandpaper to form irregularities to a depth of 0.5~2mm on the surface of the wood board; forming a coloring layer to a thickness of 0.1~2mm by coating the surface of the wood board having the irregularities with a composite of a coloring layer; forming a coating layer to a thickness of 0.1~10mm by coating the coloring layer with a composite for a coating layer; and forming a nano coating layer by coating the coating layer with a composite for a nano coating layer.
