PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a multi-functional vinyl chloride-based resin composition which continuously releases minus ions, and increases a deodorizing action, a microbial action, a water quality-purifying action, and a deodorizing action and an antimicrobial action due to a photocatalyst function material. SOLUTION : This soft vinyl chloride-based resin composition comprises a hardly electrostatically chargeable soft vinyl chloride-based resin containing a plasticizer as a matrix and a rare element-containing natural mineral powder or its mixture with one of tourmaline powder and far IR ray ceramic powder, and a photocatalyst functional material.
