PURPOSE : An environmental-friendly composition for injecting ground is provided to show relatively very rapid and stable gel time compared with a conventional product, have high compression strength and also express the long-term stable compression strength. A method for injecting the composition into the ground is provided to inject most efficiently the composition into the ground. CONSTITUTION : An environmental-friendly composition for injecting ground consists of a quick setting ashes composition(A) comprising 15-35 wt.%% of calcium sulfoaluminate powder prepared by heat-treating alunite at a temperature of 600-700 deg.C, including 35-65 wt.%% of a quick setting ingredient, having the specific gravity of 2.94 and the pulverization degree of 4, 500-6, 000 cm^3/g, 5-15 wt.%% of anhydrite, 5-15 wt.%% of calcined gypsum, 5-15 wt.%% of loess powder, 3-10 wt.%% of a reaction controller, and 0.3-1.0 wt.%% of a surfactant; and a micro-cement composition(B) comprising 50-70 wt.%% of cement fine powder and 30-50 wt.%% of slag fine powder. A method for injecting the composition into the ground comprises the steps of : (a) providing an agitation apparatus where a quick setting agitation and a slow setting agitation are progressed simultaneously as a completely different work; (b) after mixing the quick setting ashes composition(A1) with water in a first agitation device of the agitation apparatus and mixing the micro-cement composition(B1) with water in a second agitation device of the agitation apparatus, mixing two mixtures to prepare a quick setting slurry; (c) after mixing the quick setting ashes composition(A2) with water in a third agitation device of the agitation apparatus and mixing the micro-cement composition(B2) with water in a fourth agitation device of the agitation apparatus, mixing two mixtures to prepare a slow setting slurry; and (d) repetitively transferring and injecting the quick setting slurry and the slow setting slurry into the ground. © KIPO 2008
