PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an automatic determination database system for a re-maintenance plan of existing pipes that can easily, accurately and efficiently form a re-maintenance plan of the existing pipes without requiring experience, knowledge and skill while eliminating an unnecessary cost, time and labor. SOLUTION : The automatic determination database system for the re-maintenance plan of the existing pipes comprises steps of : selecting the kinds of defects for every joint part, main pipe part and mounting pipe part of the existing pipes, based on a predetermined defect criterion while observing examined image information inside the existing pipes, and scoring the degrees of defects and ranking them according to the scores for screen input; totaling the number of the corresponding existing pipes by ranks for every predetermined item using the defect state input to a screen, to evaluate the state in the existing pipes; and determining whether to use the existing pipes as they are, to renovate them for practical use, or to replace them concerning the re-maintenance plan of the existing pipes, based on the predetermined criterion using the evaluated result, and outputting the determined result to prepare re-maintenance plan data of the existing pipes.
