Disclosed is a method to manufacture an aluminum wheel for a special transportation machine, capable of manufacturing an aluminum wheel with excellent quality. According to the present invention, the method to manufacture an aluminum wheel for a special transportation machine comprises : a step of primarily heating a billet material made of wrought alloy in a preheating furnace at 350 to 535° C; a step of hot-forging the preheated aluminum into an aluminum wheel shape; a preliminarily cutting step of cutting the hot-forged aluminum wheel to uniformize thickness and cutting an unnecessary portion; a step of secondarily preheating the preliminarily cut aluminum wheel at 330 to 370° C; a flow-forming step of pressing the preheated aluminum wheel at high pressure by a press forming roll to deform a shape of a metal organization of the aluminum wheel so as to precisely form the shape and thickness of the aluminum wheel; and a step of performing heat treatment to improve mechanical strength of the flow-formed aluminum wheel.(AA) Billet (Wrought alloy)(BB) Inspection(S100) First preheating(S200) Hot forging(S300) Preliminary cutting(S400) Second preheating(S500) Measure the temperature of an aluminum axle(S600) Flow forming(S610) Measure the temperature of a mandrel(S700) Heat treatmentCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
