PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a magnesium alloy, a manufacturing method therefor, and an application thereof.
SOLUTION : The magnesium alloy contains Zn by 6.0 wt.%, preferably 2.0 wt.% to 4.0 wt.%, Al of 2.0 wt.% to 10.0 wt.%, preferably 3.0 wt.% to 6.0 wt.%, in which wt.% of the Al is equal to or more than wt.% of the Zn, and the balance magnesium containing impurities, the impurities promotes electrochemical potential difference and/or deposition and/or formation of an intermetallic phase, and are 0.0063 wt.% or less of Fe, Si, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zr, Y, Sc or rare earths of atom numbers of 21, 57 to 71 and 89 to 103, Be, Cd, In, Sn and/or Pb and P, and an alloy matrix is solid solution cured by Al and Zn and particle is cured by the intermetallic phase consisting of Mg and Al.
