PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for efficiently adsorbing and removing selenium in wastewater in a simple process. SOLUTION : In the treatment method of selenium-containing water, an adsorbent containing a rare earth compound is brought into contact with the selenium-containing wastewater.
