FIELD : chemistry.SUBSTANCE : invention concerns non-organic chemistry, particularly chemical technologies of non-organic substance processing, and can be applied in neutralisation and processing of waste produced by loparite concentrate chlorination - exhausted melt of salt reflux filtre. The method involves processing of solutions left after hydroerosion of salt reflux filter (SRF) melt by sodium hydroxide solution, filtration of the slurry, separation of mother solution from radioactive sediment and flushing of the sediment. According to the invention, the solution left after hydroerosion of SRF melt is processed with sodium hydroxide solution at 70-90°C until the slurry pH reaches 11.0-13.0, preferably 11.5-12.5. Before filtration the slurry is matured at 70-90° for 1 - 2 hours, and after filtration the mother solution is separated from the radioactive sediment of total metal oxyhydrates, and divided into two flows, so that 40-60% of the mother solution is used to dilute the source solution obtained by hydroerosion of exhausted SRF melt, and 60-40% of the mother solution is mixed with workfloor washing water in the ratio of 1 : (10-20). Obtained mixed solution is processed at 70-90°C by sodium hydroxide solution until pH is 11-13, preferably 11.5-12.5. After the solution neutralisation the slurry is matured for 0.5-1 hour and filtered, rare metal sediment is dried, baked and sent to redistribution of loparite concentrate chlorination.EFFECT : improved efficiency, streamlined deactivation process and lower processing cost for all types of fluid waste and salt solutions of workfloor washing water produced during loparite concentrate chlorination.1 cl, 2 dwg
