PURPOSE : An Ag-based optical reflective film and a liquid crystal display having the same are provided to prevent growth of crystal grain of Ag and coagulation of Ag atom and to obtain a high light reflection rate. CONSTITUTION : An optical reflective film used as a reflective electrode or a reflective plate of a liquid crystal display device comprises Ag based alloy consisting 0.01 to 4 atom%%, which is the total content of Bi and Sb contents, remaining Ag, and unavoidable impurities. The Ag based alloy contains 0.01 to 2 atom%% of rare metallic atom. The rare metallic element is Nd or Y. © KIPO 2008
