PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve a problem, wherein when a ring type rare-earth bond magnet molding material is lifted out of a resin solution after it is soaked into the resin solution for impregnation of resin to the inside of the molding material, excessive resin solution adhers to the external surface of the magnet, the resin solution is solidified, under the condition that a solution storage be formed at the lower part of the material with formation of expanding and foaming portions, and when the excessively adhered resin solution is removed excessively, however, the required amount of resin solution cannot be secured, and the resin solution cannot result in original functions thereof.SOLUTION : In the method of rust-proofing process of the ring type rare-earth bond magnet, a ring type filtering paper is used to absorb the rust-proofing solution that adhere excessively to the external surface of the ring type rare-earth bond magnet due to impregnation, by soaking and a contact angle of the surface of a tray laid under the annular type filtering paper for water becomes 88 degrees or more. Accordingly, only the necessary amount of resin solution can be left on the surface of the annular type rare-earth bonded magnet and the optimum rust-proofing film for fully exhibiting rust-proofing function can be formed.COPYRIGHT : (C)2008, JPO&INPIT
