PURPOSE : A cold curable inorganic ceramic coating agent composition is provided to prevent generation of cracks by imparting flexibility through the use of functional additives, to solve the problems related to thick film formation, and to enable natural curing at room temperature. CONSTITUTION : A cold curable inorganic ceramic coating agent composition comprises : 60-70 wt%% of an inorganic solution formed by reacting at least one organosilane with water containing at least one nano- to micro-sized silicon dioxide(SiO2) particles via hydrolysis and polycondensation; 15-20 wt%% of a functional filler selected from potassium titanate, alumina and a mixture thereof; 3-8 wt%% of pigment powder comprising iron oxide; and 2-22 wt%% of a functional additive selected from tourmaline, rare earth metal ore and a mixture thereof. © KIPO 2008
