PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rust-preventive and corrosion-preventive coated steel material showing superior corrosion-preventive properties when used in a state that the one part is buried in concrete or in the ground. SOLUTION : The rust-preventive and corrosion-preventive coated steel material has a zinc-base plated film on the steel material and a paint film including one or more layers thereon. At least one layer of the paint film contains a copper compound.
