PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a magnet forming body achieving both of improvement in the magnetic characteristics of a rare-earth bond magnet and a decrease in costs. SOLUTION : The rare-earth magnet has : magnetic powder containing at least one type of rare-earth element; and an oxide binder binding the magnetic powder, where the oxide binder is in the configuration of a magnet where a plane interval obtained by diffraction ranges from not less than 0.25 nm to not more than 2.94 nm.
