PURPOSE : An environment-friendly mineral composition is provided to perform an air-purifying function, enable embodiment of necessary strength, and improve durability and anticorrosive effect. CONSTITUTION : An environment-friendly mineral composition includes 60-65wt%% of a rare earth element, 10-15wt%% of zinc oxide, 10-15wt%% of barium sulfate, and 10-15wt%% of bentonite, wherein an organic thickener is mixed in an amount of 5-15wt%% based on the total weight of the composition. A concrete composition is prepared by mixing a hydraulic cement with aggregate to form a first mixture, and thereto adding 2-10wt%% of the mineral composition, 5-15wt%% of blast furnace slag, and 5-15wt%% of an organic thickener, based on the total weight of the first mixture.
