Proposed unit magnetic system separator for use in dressing equipment, has packets of magnetic plates. In each pack there is only one plate, which is made based on rare-earth elements and is installed on ferromagnetic base. Plate side, facing working zone of separator, has several faces or rounded by radius. Owing to this on the surface of separator drum is produced magnetic field with induction more 0.2 Tl and effective depth of more than 50 mm. Figure 1
