PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dielectric porcelain composition which can be fired at a low temperature and is capable of realizing a high dielectric constant despite of a high glass content, a preparation method of the dielectric porcelain composition enabling adjustment of the dielectric constant of the dielectric porcelain composition obtained using same raw materials, and a multilayer ceramic component. SOLUTION : The dielectric porcelain composition comprises a dielectric component A represented by the compositional formula : aLiO1/2-bCaO-cRO3/2-dTiO2 (wherein R is a rare earth element; and a, b, c and d are selected from ranges : 14.29≤a≤21.05 mol%, 9.52≤b≤21.05 mol%, 14.29≤c≤21.05 mol% and 47.37≤d≤52.38 mol%, respectively, so as to satisfy the equation : a+b+c+d=100 mol%), a dielectric component B represented by the compositional formula : xCaO-yMgO-zSiO (wherein x, y and z are selected from ranges : 0
