PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a re-peelable adhesive sheet free from the increase of self-adhesive force with time after being stuck on plastics, metals or glass plates, particularly free from extreme increase of peel strength (adhesive force) even when peeling speed is increased and having excellent re-peelability and an re-peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive forming the adhesive sheet and having excellent tack, adhesiveness to a base material, moisture and heat resistance and transparency. SOLUTION : The re-peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition contains : a polyester-based resin (D) obtained by reacting a dibasic acid-based component (A) having no hydroxy group, a diol (B) having no carboxy group and a component (C) for introducing a specific side chain functional group with each other and having -80 to 0°C glass transition temperature, a cellulose-based compound (E); and a reactive compound (F) reactive with hydroxy group and/or carboxyl group in the resin (D).
