SOLUTION : This system 1 for preparing a mud of the drilling mud is capable of preparing a peptized drilling earth and sand, in other words, the system 1 is nearly composed of a consolidating mixer 2 as a peptizer for peptizing an unpeptized, e.g. a massive drilling earth and sand, a mud tank 3 for storing the mud in which the drilling earth and sand peptized with the consolidating mixer 2 is kneaded with fresh water, a mud storage tank 4 for transferring and storing the mud in the mud tank 3, a storage tank 6 storing a mud cake- forming agent and a dispersing agent for the drilling mud added to the mud stored in the mud storage tank 4, a storage tank 7 storing an aqueous solution of sodium carbonate, a fresh water tank 8 and a mixing tank 9.
