PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth permanent magnet having high anticorrosiveness even under a harsh environment, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION : The high anticorrosive permanent magnet has a resin dispersed film which contains lithium silicate and resin as components, and in which the resin is dispersed uniformly in a content of 0.1 wt.% to 50 wt.%, through a film containing a metal formed on the rare earth permanent magnet or a formation-treating film laminated and formed on the surface of the resin dispersing film.
