PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain a laminated ceramic capacitor including an internal electrode having a good continuity with a relatively low cost.
SOLUTION : An internal electrode layer 4 is made of metallic particles 40. The arithmetic average particle diameter of the metallic particles 40 found as a particle diameter R in a direction parallel to the plane direction of the internal electrode layer 4 is smaller than a thickness T of the internal electrode layer 4, the internal electrode layer is formed by using a conductive paste containing conductive powder made of Ni metallic particles coated with base metal particles selected from the group of Mn, Co, Fe, Cu, Nb, Ba, Ca, Sr, Ti, Zn and a rare earth metal or coated with particles of an oxide thereof, and the internal electrode layer is thermally treated in a reduced sintering atmosphere having 10-14 to 10-18 atm of oxygen partial pressure, thus obtaining a laminated ceramic capacitor 1.
