PURPOSE : An apparatus for manufacturing recycling aggregate by mixing construction wastes is provided to select the aggregate, earth and sand, foreign materials, and fine powder through various processes without selecting aggregate, earth and sand, foreign materials, and fine powder in one process.CONSTITUTION : In an apparatus for manufacturing recycling aggregate by mixing construction wastes comprising a first processing part including a first crusher, a second crusher and a first screen, and a third crusher and a second screen sequentially installed to be linked with each other, a second processing part including a fourth crusher and a third screen installed to be linked with each other, and a mixing machine installed to be linked with bottom parts of the first and second processing parts, the apparatus is characterized in that : the mixing machine comprises : a support(41) which is fixed to the ground, and which has a protrusion(41a) formed on one side of a top part thereof, and a roller(41b) formed on one side of a bottom part thereof; a cylinder(43) which is installed on the top part of the support in a downward inclined direction, and which has a mixing unit formed on an inner peripheral surface thereof and a depressed groove(43a) formed on an outer surface thereof such that the protrusion is inserted into the depressed groove, a sprocket wheel(43b) formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof at the lower side of the depressed groove, and a rubber band(43d) formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof such that the rubber band is brought into contact with the roller; a motor(44) installed on one side of the support to drive a chain wound on the sprocket wheel; a hopper(42) which is formed on one side of the top part of the support and has an extension plate(42a) formed on a bottom part thereof; and a spray nozzle(45) installed at an inlet of the cylinder to spray hydrochloric acid stored in a tank(46) into the cylinder. The mixing unit includes circular blades vertically installed along the circumference of the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder at predetermined intervals, and a plurality of vertical blades installed at the lower side of the circular blades and formed in the form of the teeth of a comb.© KIPO 2009
