The invention relates to methods for recovering non-ferrous, rare, radioactive and precious metals from refractory mineral raw materials and can be used in production. The inventive method for recovering non-ferrous, rare, radioactive and precious metals provides the possibility of leaching non-ferrous, rare, radioactive and precious metals from refractory mineral raw materials and consists in treating said raw materials with a solution of donor-acceptor solvents and oxidisers, subsequently drying and roasting the raw material. After said treatment, the mineral raw materials are dried in such a way that water is totally evaporated therefrom and are roasted in the presence of oxygen at a temperature, which is sufficient for carbon burning, does not cause the formation of insoluble salts. Roasting can be carried out in the presence of air or oxygen-enriched air at temperatures ranging from 350 to 700°C, mainly at 580-650°C, and the solutions of donor-acceptor solvents and oxidisers, which are produced from recycled processing solutions, can be used for the primary treatment of the refractory mineral raw materials. Said invention makes it possible to increase the quantity of the non-ferrous, rare, radioactive and precious metals recovered from refractory mineral raw materials and to reduce the losses thereof during the treatment according to the inventive method.
