PURPOSE : A voltage non-linearity register magnetism composition is provided to maintain voltage non-linearity characteristic, to perform seminal reservoir fuel capacity.CONSTITUTION : A voltage non-linearity register magnetism composition comprises a first minor component including a main component including zinc oxide and an oxide of rare earth metal, a second minor component including an oxide of Ca and a third minor component including an oxide of Si. An atomic ratio(Ca/Si) of Ca and Si is equal to or more than 1. The oxide of the rare earth materials included in the first minor component is one or more oxide selected from Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Lu.© KIPO 2009
