PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an auxiliary tool excellent in versatility, capable of imparting magnetism just by being wound around a soft magnetic tool when used, executing demagnetization (degauss) when not used, and repeatedly imparting the magnetism and performing demagnetization (degauss) not only to a driver but also to the soft magnetic tool such as a hexagon head wrench or a box wrench. SOLUTION : The flexible magnetizing and demagnetizing sheet for the soft magnetic tool for magnetizing or demagnetizing the tool composed of a soft magnetic body is formed by forming a protective layer on a magnetic sheet containing rare earth magnetic powders and a binder.
