PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method of manufacturing a rare earth bond magnet improving magnetic and mechanical characteristics of a magnet. SOLUTION : In the manufacturing method of a rare earth bond magnet, a mixture, which is made of rare earth magnet powder, a thermosetting resin, and an additive, is compressed and molded, a molding is irradiated with microwaves, and the thermosetting resin is cured by heat generated in the rare earth magnet powder.
