PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a hydraulic composition having excellent quick hardening properties and quick drying properties, further applicable in an outdoor environment, and maintaining excellent durability and weatherability even in a long term use at the outdoor. SOLUTION : Disclosed is a hydraulic composition containing a hydraulic component and resin powder, wherein the resin powder is the re-emulsified type resin powder of an acrylic copolymer obtained by coating the surface of each primary particle of the resin powder with a water soluble protective colloid of polyvinyl alcohol.
