PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve a matter that when ferromagnetic powder of high residual magnetic flux density is added to resin and extrusion molded while applying a magnetic field, the molding may be cracked or split, or extrusion moldability may deteriorate due to the relation between the suction force to the ferromagnetic powder in resin produced by the applied magnetic field and the force for extruding the molding.
SOLUTION : In the magnet material composition for magnet roller formed by sticking a magnet piece, produced by extrusion molding an admixture principally comprising ferromagnetic powder and resin binder to the outer circumference of a shaft, the ferromagnetic powder contains anisotropic rare-earth magnetic powder, having a residual flux density (Br) of 1T-2T and the resin binder contains polyolefin-based resin having a melt mass flow rate (MFR) of 5 g/10 min-25 g/10 min.
