PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To realize a working environment which can be summarized and edited into a new document without performing a complicated computer operation for summarizing and editing as a state of high list nature displaying and holding document electronic data on a form P or electronic paper EP. SOLUTION : An image reading means 10 image reads a medium P to which a mark L for specifying document parts d1, d2 and d3 and identification information C of the document are attached, specifies the mark specified parts d1, d2 and d3 in each document image read by a partial specifying means 2. A data acquisition means 3 acquires the electronic data of the document corresponding to the mark designated part specified based on the document identification information C from a data holding means 6, and an editing means 4 generates an edited document ND in which a plurality of document parts d1, d2 and d3 are arranged in a predetermined layout based on the document part data.
