PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To stably provide inexpensive high-quality rare-earth permanent magnets as the result of improvement in productivity. SOLUTION : In the method for manufacturing the sintered rare-earth magnets by subjecting alloy powder for rare-earth magnets to die compaction in a magnetic field and then to sintering, a liquid organic compound having 150 to 350°C boiling point and 0.1 to 100 cSt kinematic viscosity is used as a die lubricant for use in the die compaction in the magnetic field.
