PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dielectric ceramic composition having high dielectric constant and excellent volume temperature characteristics. SOLUTION : The dielectric ceramic composition contains a main component expressed by a composition formula of (Ba1-XYX)aTiO2+a (where, 0.002≤x≤0.010 and 0.995≤a≤1.005) and contains 3-15 mol BaZrO3, 0.05-1.00 mol MnO, 0.25-1.50 mol Re2O3 (where Re is a rare earth element), 0.01-0.15 mol oxide of an element selected from a group comprising V, Ta, Mo, Nb and W and o.5-3.0 mol (Ba1-zCaz)SiO3 (where, (z) is 0.05-1.00) as accessory components expressed in terms of oxide or multiple oxide per 100 mol main component.
