PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To simply acquire rare metal information from collected electronic components or electronic equipment and to conceal the rare metal information. SOLUTION : The identification code of rare metal information is stored in an RFID chip 21, the RFID chip 21 is attached to an electronic component or electronic equipment 20, and the rare metal information is stored in a composition information database 41 of a composition information management server 40. The composition information management server 40 includes an authentication management part 44 to prohibit accesses from terminals other than a registered composition information acquisition terminal 50. In recycling, the information of the RFID chip 21 is read by an RFID reader 51, the composition information acquisition terminal 50 is connected to the composition information management server 40 and the identification code is sent to the composition information management server 40. The composition information management server 40 retrieves the rare metal information from the composition information database 41 on the basis of the identification code and sends the retrieved rare metal information to the composition information acquisition terminal 50.
