PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a fuel battery cell capable of restraining peeling off between a fuel side electrode layer and a solid electrolyte layer, and a fuel battery cell stack and a fuel battery using the fuel battery cell.
SOLUTION : The fuel battery cell is made by laminating a fuel side electrode layer 3 consisting of Ni and/or NiO and ZrO2 with a rare earth element dissolved, a solid electrolyte layer 4 consisting of ZrO2 with a rare earth element dissolved, and an oxygen side electrode layer 5 in that order on an electrode supporting substrate 1. Between the fuel side electrode layer 3 and the solid electrolyte layer 4, an intermediate layer 7 consisting of Ni and/or NiO and ZrO2 with a rare earth element dissolved, with Ni conversion quantity of the Ni and/or NiO to be less than that contained in the fuel side electrode layer 3 and containing from 15 to 30 volume % as the Ni conversion quantity, is formed, and since a thickness of the intermediate layer 7 is thicker than 5 μm, peeling off between the fuel side electrode layer 3 and the intermediate layer 7, as well as the intermediate layer 7 and the solid electrolyte layer 4 can be restrained.
