PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a die for use in manufacturing a magnet body formed of a bond magnet, which is superior in corrosion resistance and dimensional accuracy, and has no risk of contamination due to tin.
SOLUTION : The die for use in manufacturing the magnet body which is formed by covering the whole surface of the bond magnet 1 formed of a rare-earth iron-based alloy magnetic powder and a synthetic resin binder with a rust-preventive film 2 comprises : an inside cylindrical body 44 which protrudes from an inner wall of a cavity space (S) of the die to the cavity space (S) and a supporting rod 461, so as to support the bond magnet 1 in the cavity space (S), while keeping a predetermined space between the bond magnet and the inner wall of the cavity space (S); and discharges the inside cylindrical body 44 and the supporting rod 461 from the inside of the cavity space (S) according to the injection pressure of the rust preventive film material injected into the space.
