PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method of manufacturing a rare-earth sintered magnet which can improve a magnetic characteristic and a mechanical characteristic of a magnet, to provide a method of manufacturing a rare-earth bond magnet. SOLUTION : In the method of manufacturing a rare-earth sintered magnet includes, a mixture of a rare-earth element and transition metal alloy powder and additives are compressed and molded, micro waves are directed to the molded product, and the alloy powder of the rare-earth element and the transition metal is allowed heated and sintered.
