The present invention relates to a method for soil improvement of building waste soil mixed with mine soil by using Pisolithus tinctorius. Provided is the method for soil improvement of building waste soil mixed with mine soil by using Pisolithus tinctorius, the method comprising the step of mixing building waste soil with mine soil and then inoculating Pisolithus tinctorius, wherein the mine soil is added in order to increase growth and infection rate of Pisolithus tinctorius. When mine soil, having a pH level ranging from pH 4 to 6, is added to building waste soil, i.e., alkali soil having a pH level ranging from pH 8 to 10, the pH level of the building waste soil is neutralized by the mine soil, and thus growth of Pisolithus tinctorius and an infection rate of roots of plants increase, thereby providing an effect of promoting soil improvement of the building waste soil and growth of plants in the building waste soil. Furthermore, not only building waste soil but also mine soil, i.e., soil in an abandoned coal mine, can be improved, thereby improving usability of building waste soil, recycling soil in an abandoned coal mine, and contributing to reduction of environmental pollution through improvement of an environment. Furthermore, the improved mixed soil can protect forest soil from damage attributable to an increasing demand for soil for landscaping, and can serve as gardening soil for tree planting.
