PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for producing rare-flavor kamaboko (boiled fish paste) comprising an easy means for producing rare-flavor cheese, comprising wrapping cheese-like creamy food material to be wrapped.
SOLUTION : The method for producing rare-flavor kamaboko comprises the following process : placing a prescribed amount of a to-be-wrapped creamy food material C on the longitudinal center of a long kamaboko sheet B; doubly folding the kamaboko sheet in a short-length direction to form a belt-like body (doubly folded sheet) in which the to-be-wrapped food material is wrapped while placed in the vicinity of a folding line followed by strongly pressurizing the belt-like body from both the front side and the back side at every prescribed interval in a longitudinal direction so as to press and divide the enclosed to-be-wrapped food material from the portion (pressurized portion b); and cutting the belt-like body at the portion to produce a product individual E.
