PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a polymer cement grouting material composition which, unlike a conventional polymer grouting material being a premix of a re-emulsion powder resin and a liquid shrinkage reducing agent, has fluidity equal to that at the initial stage of premix even after being stored and to provide a grouting material using the grouting material composition. SOLUTION : The polymer cement grouting material composition is a polymer cement grouting composition comprising portland cement, an expanding agent, an aggregate, a re-emulsion powder resin, and a shrinkage-reducing agent, wherein the liquid shrinkage-reducing agent is supported on aluminum silicate or aluminum silicate hydrate having a flaky form and an average particle diameter of 5 μm or smaller or on a calcined product thereof.
