PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a health care instrument efficiently exerting synergistic effects of a magnetic line effect and an infrared ray effect and being usable as jewelry. SOLUTION : This health care instrument optimally exerts the effects of the magnetic line and infrared rays by using characteristics of Sm-Fe-N rare-earth magnet powder having high corrosion and oxidation resistance, and using glass bond exerting a large infrared transmission property and having a large rigidity compared with that of a resin for binding mixture powder between the magnet powder and infrared radiation material powder.
