PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a production method where the improvement of molding efficiency and the reduction in a load on cutting after sintering are made consistent, and a rare earth sintered magnet can be produced at high productivity.SOLUTION : When rare earth alloy powder is molded to form moldings, and the moldings are sintered, so as to be rare earth sintered magnets, the plurality of moldings arranged in parallel are molded by upper and lower dies 2, 3 in a bulk in such a manner that they are mutually connected. For example, in the case the respective moldings S1 to S5 have columnar shape, the molding is performed in such a manner that they are connected by each connection part N extending to the direction of the central axis in a part of the circumferential face.
