PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve the problems that, in a method for immersion impregnation into a resin solution, blistering and foaming are caused when a resin is dried or hardened in a condition where excessive resin solution has adhered to a surface of a rare earth bond magnet, and that original rust-proofing performance is difficult to exert since obstacle is caused in engaging of an other component during assembling, or the surface of the rare earth bond magnet is exposed by peeling, if under the condition. SOLUTION : In a rust-proofing method for forming a rust-proofing film on the surface by immersion-impregnating an annular rare earth bond magnet with a rust-proofing process liquid, a filter paper used for absorbing a rust-proofing process liquid excessively adhering to the surface of the annular rare earth bond magnet by immersion impregnation has an annular shape, so that only the required amount of liquid remains on the surface of the annular rare earth bond magnet. Thereby the optimum rust-proofing film can be formed without causing a phenomenon of dripping or blistering which obstructs when component assembly is performed. COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT
