PURPOSE : A tire washer which prevents the contamination of soil, underground water and the surroundings of an automatic discharge unit of settled sludge due to settled sludge containing water and foreign materials such as earth, sand, etc. by performing dehydrating and water collecting processes using a sludge dehydrator and a clean water feeder is provided. CONSTITUTION : A tire washer comprises : side spraying pipes with nozzles; lower face spraying pipes with nozzles; a water tank(820) for supplying water to the side spraying pipes and the lower face spraying pipes; a mechanical device for discharging and supplying water; grating top plates for moving cleaning water and sludge generated after washing tires; a frame for supporting the side spraying pipes, the lower face spraying pipes and the grating top plates; a sludge and cleaning water guiding part(800) including a sludge and cleaning water guiding plate for collecting and moving the sludge and cleaning water passing through the grating top plates; a sludge dehydrator for the tire washer for dehydrating the sludge and cleaning water moved from the sludge and cleaning water guiding part and supplying the dehydrated water to the clean water feeder for the tire washer, and comprising a non-woven fabric, membrane or mesh(110) for filtration, a sludge dehydrator inner part(120), and a sludge dehydrator outer part(130); and a clean water feeder for the tire washer for setting foreign materials such as earth and sand contained in the dehydrated water of the sludge dehydrator and supplying clean water to the water tank, and comprising a settling tank(320), a non-woven fabric, membrane or mesh(110) for filtration, and a cleaning water supply tank(340); a vehicle sensor for sensing admission of a vehicle; and a control part for controlling the mechanical device for discharging and supplying water according to a sensing signal from the vehicle sensor. © KIPO 2007
