PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a lead zirconate titanate-based composition being fired at a low temperature of ≤900°C and practically having required piezoelectricity. SOLUTION : The lead zirconate titanate-based composition is obtained by adding an (A) component : Pb exceeding stoichiometric ratio, a (B) component : Zn and a (C) component : at least one kind of a rare earth element selected from a group comprising Ce, Yb and Dy into three component-based lead zirconate titanate (X) expressed by a general formula; Pb(Ni, Nb)O3-PbZrO3-PbTiO3.
