PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a bulk exchange magnet which has superior magnetic characteristics. SOLUTION : This bulk exchange spring magnet is formed of a bulk magnet, obtained by compacting and setting exchange spring magnetic powder having a composition of 2 to 11.5 at% of one or more kinds of rare earth elements, 1 to 27 atm.% B, at times of 0.5 to 3.0 atm.% of one or more kinds from among V, Nb, Cr, Cu, Zn, and Ti, and transition metal for the rest and also having a permanent magnet phase and a soft magnetic phase and also has a structure which has B elements aggregated between raw material powder particles.
